Introduction

The Finch Mob, in partnership with John Bela of the Rebar art collective and Christopher Guillard of CMG Landscape Architecture, with a grant from the Black Rock Arts Foundation, will construct a site-specific installation entitled "The Panhandle Bandshell", as part of the ScrapEden SF Program.
